Need repair

The lumos wires that are attached to my house are exposed. The plastic box that goes over the connections is off and the small 'lock' (that keeps people from messing with my equipment) is missing.

I need that 'key' replaced. I've tried to contact you by phone several times and I've been put on terminal hold each time. I'm getting frustrated.

Any time I call for something, the hold times are very long. I feel customer service could be better to those who use your services and keep your business going.

To pay my bill and login

I have been on the phone for 2 hours trying to get a hold of a real human being to talk to. I didnt not pay my bill in time.

I thought I set up auto pay and I didnt. I made a big mistake and I apologize. I just got done setting up my login and email. Now when I call the pay and give them my 9 digit code the automated robot on the phone hangs up everytime.

I just want to pay my previous bill and move on. But you guys wont let me pay or even attempt to pay. Its so frustrating.

Please let me talk to a real person so I can pay my bill and move on. Thanks.

Wifi disconnection

Damage to my water supply line

Late last summer Lumos installed lines in my Grayrock community using the boring technique very near my main water supply line. My water usage bill immediately increased.

After pursuing this for six months with ACSA they have found no problem up to the water meter and I have found no leaks inside my house. Just last week water surfaced from what has been a slow leak. My plumber says it is possible that the Lumos boring disturbed my supply line. I am waiting for the plumbing repair estimate which will likely be costly.

Could a Lumos field rep please make an inspection visit? Thank you.
